At Outdoorline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unused condition. Whether you need a different size or changed your mind, our hassle-free process ensures you can get back to your adventures quickly.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Outdoorline account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
