CUMULUS Quilt 350
CUMULUS Quilt 350 is ideally suited to the spring and autumn camps. In this version, Cumulus incorporate a zipper in the bottom part of the quilt - this way you can ventilate your legs, if you have such need, or fully open the quilt and use it as a blanket.
Especially during warmer nights it can be used as regular bedding, enough for two people, or it can be fixed to the mattress and used instead of sleeping bag. Its open design ensures that the insulation properties of the down are utilised to their fullest, without restricting movement, making it an ideal solution for those who dislike confined spaces. Yet another advantage is the new way of attaching it to a mattress, far more conveniently than before.
Used together with a Therm-a-Rest mattress the Quilt 350 roughly corresponds thermally to model Lite Line 400, making it suitable for use at temperatures near freezing. This product has all of the advantages characteristic in this series, the most important of which its very low mass in ratio to the amount of down filling used. Manufacturer used Pertex Quantum fabric here weighing 29 g/m² and the highest quality 850 cuin Polish goose down.
